LDT200x - Week 5 Activity: Creating a Rapid Resolution Plan based on the ADDIE model
Week 5 of my LDT200x course on Instructional Design Models was rather interesting. The Week 5 module progressed from talking about traditional models of instructional design, and moved towards the RAPID/Agile Learning model.

With the ever-changing trends of education today, and the demand for quick and easily created e-learning modules, RAPID learning and authoring tools are gaining popularity by the day. Although they may produce courses that might be a notch less in quality as compared to courses created through traditional methods, they do have a number of inherent benefits that make them a very tempting choice for instructional designers everyday.
Rapid e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline have, today, made it far easier for instructional designers to create e-learning experiences than it was before the advent of these software. However, when an instructional design model is modified to fit a Rapid learning model, it can undergo considerable changes.
The activity for Week 5 required learners to create a Rapid Resolution Document based on the ADDIE model, that enlisted how, the learner thinks, the ADDIE model would change when fit into a Rapid learning framework.
The Rapid Resolution Plan I created for my activity can be found at this link.
